The village of Preselentsi is located at 15 kilometres from General Toshevo and at 25 kilometres from the sea shore.
It is located in the region of protected zone "Coastal Dobrudzha". Near Preselentsi was found one of the few remaining strongholds from the First Bulgarian State. It officially dates back to ІХ-Х century. As a result of the excavations many coins, ornaments, buckles, spear and arrow tips, ceramic remnants were discovered. Heracles’ bronze statue was found here as well. These finds prove that life along these lands existed during the Roman era /І – ІV century AC /.
